📦 SHIPPING

➡️ When will my order ship?

Every item is made-to-order in small batches. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and 3–5 business days for shipping.
Good art takes time — and we don't do fast-fashion chaos.

➡️ Do you offer express shipping?

Not right now, but we're working on it. If you need something ASAP, email us and we'll try to pull off a small miracle.

📏 SIZING & FIT

➡️ How do your shirts and hoodies fit?

Unisex, true-to-size, soft premium blanks.
If you like your hoodies extra cozy or oversized, we recommend sizing up.

➡️ Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes — as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still holy.
You cover return shipping; we cover the replacement.

🎨 ABOUT THE MERCH

➡️ Are your drops limited?

SOME ARE - YES.
When a drop closes, it goes straight to the merch graveyard.
We don't restock past drops (unless the Holy Spirit demands it). We also have staple items that never go away and are always available to you.

➡️ Why don't you mass produce?

Because. WE ARE not Etsy, not Amazon, and not fast fashion. 
This is premium art, premium products, printed in small quantities, created with intention — not chaos.

➡️ Will my product look exactly like the mockups?

Yes — but better in real life.
We don't do grainy, low-quality prints. Everything is DTG or screen printed on premium blanks. Gurl, I got you on the quality.

💳 PAYMENTS

➡️ What payment methods do you accept?

We take all major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and probably your firstborn if they don't stop screaming.

➡️ Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, through Shop Pay Installments.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

➡️ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items.
Limited drops may only qualify for store credit — because once we close a drop, we don't restock.

➡️ What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 7 days with photos.
We'll fix it. No attitude, no drama. Our customer services slaps so hard, you will still leave us a 5 star review. 

🛒 ORDER ISSUES

➡️ I put the wrong address — help?!

Email us ASAP. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it.
If it has, you may need to go on a recon mission with USPS.

➡️ I never received my package.

Check your tracking and make sure your toddler didn't hide it.
Still lost? Email us — we'll help investigate. USPS is sometimes feral.
